Orders and Sales
These reports break down your total orders and sales per staff member. You can see which staff members are selling the most (trust us trends will emerge...). You can also see the average transaction value of each staff member. This enables you to identify the staff who are creating the most efficiency for your business, through up-selling to higher value products for example.
You can then select to drill down and see when exactly each staff member is selling the most. Simply click on their name (in blue) and the report below will be created.
Dane's best half hour is around $530, you may have other staff members who can only sell $400 in their best half hour even in the busiest periods. You can then identify what Dane is doing differently and train the rest of your staff to do the same. Result = more sales for your business.
Products + Categories + Courses
These reports break down which of your staff are selling the most/least of specific products, categories or courses. We will use ‘courses’ as our example, however exactly the same methods apply when creating the category and product reports.
The above report shows the total ‘course’ breakdown. Mains are the top selling course with $2561 sales. The staff list at the bottom shows the highest selling course for each staff member and the value. If you click on the staff members name (in blue) the below individual report will be created.
This shows you how each team member is selling. In the above example ‘Jade D’ has sold 21 mains and 11 deserts (52%). This may be the benchmark that other staff can now aim for. As you know, maximizing sales is all about up-selling!
Staff Cost
The staff cost reports gives you a visual representation of your staffing costs over the day, week or month. The below example is the actual staff cost per half hour over one day, the data is drawn from staff ‘clocking in and out’ using Loaded, (see Roster to learn how to get these systems working at your site).
Discounts
This report shows you exactly which discounts are being used, by which staff members and at what times. When you first select this report the below screen will show you the total discounts for the period selected, as well as highest amount of discount given out by each staff member. To drill down click the staff member name.Clicking the staff member name will produce the below report.
As an example we can see ‘Mishka B’ has given away $130 total discount. To see more details click on the type of discount. The below report will be produced for the specific discount type showing the time, product and total amount of discount for all transactions under that discount type.
This gives you totally clarity over the discounting going on at your site. If you make staff aware that you can (and do) monitor discounting down to individual transactions, they will be far less likely to use discounts where they are not appropriate.
