These reports enable you to see when you’re loyalty customers are visiting and how much they’re spending, as well as how many new customers are signed up each day, week or month. To utilize this function of Loaded you must be using the POS customer function for your loyalty program. This report shows you how much your loyalty customers are spending in relation to your non loyalty customers, as well as how they are spending. The example below shows the loyalty customers spending $12 more on average than the non loyalty customers. They are also spending a higher % of their money on food.
A great bit of info to give your managers an incentive to get people signed up to your loyalty program!
To see your new customers over a specific period, simply select day, week or month. The report will show you all your new loyalty members signed up in the period.
Spend by Customer
To find out which of your customers are spending the most at your site, select the ‘Spend by customer’ report. You may run a promotion for your ‘top 5’ customers where they get a free meal every month! You can also see the total discount they have received, and how many transactions they did over the selected period.
Spend by Time
This report shows you when you’re loyalty customers are spending money at your site. The below example shows that Sunday is a big day for loyalty customers at this site. This can then be related to specific discount days and promotions, and help you identify when your loyalty program is bringing in its most value.
It may be of value to you to see not only how much your loyalty customers are spending, but when they are most frequently visiting your site. The below example clearly shows the loyalty customers are coming in for lunch, but not as often dinner. This will help you with the creation of loyalty marketing strategies. You can also see which days they most frequent.
