Timeclock Features
Timeclock
The timeclock feature on Loaded Reports enables you to view which of your staff are currently working (clocked in), as well reports on all the shifts actually worked on a specific day, week or month. You can view these reports by day or by staff member and once all shifts are finalized, you can export the data to your payroll software, (MYOB/Ace/Flexitime compatible).
Timeclock (Edit Clocks)
This feature shows you all the clocks for a specific period, as well as who is currently clocked in. You can edit your clock times, dates and hourly rate (default payrate set in the POS). If a staff member forgets to clock out you simply clock them out and edit their ‘When Out’ time. If they forgot to clock in at all, clock them in and out at the same time and edit both ‘When In’ and ‘When Out’ times. You can also delete a shift if someone clocked in by mistake.
Timeclock (Punches by Day)
Punches by day creates a report that breaks down all your staff clocks into specific area (for example bar/security/kitchen) for a specific day, week or month. The report also has a total at the bottom so you can see exactly how much you’re spending on wages in each specific staffing area of you’re business. You can print this report out using the ‘Printer Friendly Version’ link at the top of page.
Timeclock (Punches by Staff)
This report gives you all the shifts clocked, broken down per staff member. You can select the period; day, week or month at the top right, and navigate between days weeks and months. This is effectively a payroll feature, totaling the staff members shifts for the payroll period (usually a week). Once you are happy with the shifts, you can print out the report using ‘Printer Friendly Version’ and export the data to your payroll software using the ‘Export’ feature.
Staff
When you export your staff payroll, you will need to ensure the correct paycode is used for each staff member. This feature enables you to change the pay code for your staff.
