Setting up pay codes to each of your staff members.
Loaded integrates with the following Payroll systems:
- MYOB Payroll
- MYOB EXO
- Ace Payroll
- IPayroll New
If you are using one of the systems listed above you can also export your time clock details directly. To do this you will first need to add the correct payroll code to each staff member in Loaded so the payroll software knows who is who.
Click on the Time tab and navigate to Staff. This will bring up a list of all your active staff members.
In your Manage Employees list each staff member has the More button to the right of their name. This is the editing tool, by clicking on it a new pop-up menu will open with that staff members details.
Just click on 'Pay Code' and 'Hourly Rate' field and you will be able to edit it.
Once you have done this for all your staff you can export the payroll information from the 'Punches by Staff' report located in the 'Time' Module under 'Time clock'. See picture below
