How to add New Staff and Deleting Old Staff
This will explain how you set up a new staff member -
Click on 'Time' module and then click on 'Staff'
Click 'Add Staff' and a window will appear. See picture below
Enter in the name of the new staff member and click ok.
This will explain how you delete an old staff member -
Click on 'Time' module and then click on 'Staff' (See picture at the top)
In your Active Staff list each staff member has a pencil tool to the right of their name. This is the editing tool, by clicking on the pencil a new window will open with that staff members details.
To delete click on the red button 'Delete'. See picture below
A new window will pop up to make sure you want to continue with this process. See picture below.
Your deleted staff member will now be in the 'Deleted Staff' list which can be located under the 'Staff' module.
If you want to make this staff member active again click on the reload button next the 'Visible in Roster' tick box. See picture below

Under Time -> Staff, there are only two links: Manage Employees, and Roles.
How do I add a new staff member?

We've been doing some updates to this section of Loaded, and have put moved this into the header of the Manage Employees table.
If you click on Manage Employees, you'll see a green button at the top right of this table.
There is no green button in the header or anywhere else on the page when looking at the Manage Employees page
Hi Guido,
You can only add staff from this view if you're using the Loaded Reports timeclock. If you're not using this then you need to add any new staff from within your POS system.
The reason for this is that we do not modify your POS system (so cannot add staff to it for you) so if you add staff from within here then they won't be used at all.
If you want to add new staff then you must use your POS system for this.
