Loaded now has the ability to hide pay rates.
For example if you don't want a staff member to be able to see the pay rates of other staff members but still be able to access and edit the time clocks after a shift for that day follow this process to achieve the result.
1.The first thing to do is create a log in for the staff member this can be done under settings.
2. Under the manage users section which is found under settings you may add the user you have created and choose what access he/she is allowed to see within loaded. See Picture Below
3. As you can see all the boxes are ticked in the picture above. For the user/s to be able to see the time clocks but not the pay rates un-tick the Payroll box. As shown in the picture below.
