If you are missing data on Loaded Reports, more often than not, this is a sign your data importer isn't functioning correctly. The steps in this article will help you troubleshoot the most common issues with the data importer.
Is the data importer program running?
If the data importer program is running in the background, there will be an icon in the system tray next to the clock. In the screenshot below, the icon is highlighted blue

If there has been an error with your importer, the icon will be red.

To open the importer window, right click on the icon in the system tray and select 'Status'. If your importer is on a computer without a mouse, you can double-tap the icon.
Is the data importer still installed?
If you have recently had a computer upgraded, there is a possibility your data importer program was removed during the process. If the data importer is installed on a computer, there will be a folder under your start menu called "Loaded Reports".

If there is no "Loaded Reports" or "Menumate Online" folder, there is no data importer installed on this computer. If none of your computers on site have a data importer installed, you will need to install one.
If the data importer is installed, click the "Importer" program to start your data importer.
Is the data importer properly configured?
If your data importer is properly configured and sending data to Loaded Reports your data importer window should look like the screenshot below.

If your data importer isn't configured correctly, your data importer will look similar to this.

To fix this, run the "Configuration" program under the "Loaded Reports" folder in the start menu.

Step 1 should have a green tick and a message saying it has found your point of sale installation.
If the configuration wizard doesn't detect your point of sale automatically, a manual configuration will be required. If you aren't certain how to do this, please click the 'Contact Support' link to lodge a support ticket. Our support team are here to help.
Step 2 requires you to login to your Loaded Reports account. Click "Login" and enter your Loaded Reports username and password and click 'Log in'. Ensure the correct site name appears. If you have multiple sites on your account, you may need to select the correct site that this importer is to be set up for. Then click 'Ok'

Click "Finish" to complete the configuration.
