If you would like to transfer ownership of your Loaded site please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel any further payments on the existing credit card you have provided us. You can then add the new owner as a user of your site and give them full privileges. If you're unsure how to do this follow the steps in the article below.
When the new owner logs in they will then need to update the payment details with their own credit card by following these simple steps:
Step 1. Click settings
Step 2. Go to 'Your Sites'.
Step 3. Click 'Manage Accounts'.
Step 4. Click 'Extend Your Subscription'.
Step 5. Choose a payment plan.
If you do not want the new owner to have access to the historical information in your Loaded account, but they wish to continue using Loaded, simply email us at email@example.com with the date of settlement for change of ownership the contact details of the new owner and we will work with them to set up a new Loaded account which does not contain any of your data.
Please note that unless the data on your POS is erased, once the new site is connected to your POS, all the data from the database will be uploaded to our servers and will be visible for the new owner. Only data in your Loaded Reports account (Some parts of the Time section, Budget, Stock items&recipes) won't be synced. Please contact your POS provider if you wish to have the POS data erased.
After you have unsubscribed your site we will take no further payment and the site won't be accessible after this date unless you re-enter your credit card details upon sign in.
