You'll need to be the owner of the Loaded account to be able to manage your subscription and view all invoices. If you are not listed as the owner you'll need to ask whoever is the current owner to transfer ownership to you.
If you are a multisite operator your subscriptions will be processed altogether. If you are wanting to split out the payments for these across different cards you'll need to assign separate owners to each venue.
To access click on the Account icon in the top right of your Loaded account, select Account, and then scroll to the bottom of the page.
You will see all paid & pending invoices available here;
Click Download to access a PDF or printed copy of any invoices
